The criminal complaint alleges that on Feb. 17 Rogers and another man argued outside of a liquor store on 60th Avenue and the other guy shot a pistol into the air once, prompting Rogers to fire three times at him.No one was struck by gunfire.Rogers, identified by police through surveillance camera footage, was on supervised release at the time after serving nine years in federal prison for crack cocaine sales.
